The bikes have rack and pinion steering, duel drum rear brakes, 2 independant pedaling, Manual gear selection, yes you can manually move the chain from the 3 front chain drive wheel to select different gear ratios, you can also change the freewheel rear sprocket to select 6 additional gears, bench seat can hold 3 adults and the front jump seat can hold 2 children. These bikes are well made and are also used in rental fleet operations at many resorts and theme parks, the seats are marine grade vynal and the tops are nylon grade canvas and roll back to reveal a sun screen, baked on paint, center has aluminum floor, comes in red, blue not as pictured as these are not the actual bikes but are the same less bell and basket.
