A vintage road bike made in France. The brand name is Flying Dutchman. A bright yellow road bike with lots of decals. Looks to be from sometime in the 1960's to early 1970's. Components are as follows. Simplex shfiters and deraileurs. Cottered crankset. 27 in polished chrome wheels with clincher tires. Brakes are Dia Compe center pulls. Frame has horizontal rear drops good for single speed conversion. Has straight bars with road bike stem. The dimensions are as follows. Seattube is 52cm c to c. Toptube is 54cm c to c. Standover height is 31 inches. Bike has paint wear in places. No dents or crash damage.

VINTAGE TRIUMPH ENGLAND ROAD BIKE 1960'S GOLD 57CM |

A very cool retro gold road bike from the 1960's I believe. This bike is Made in England. At the Nottingham Triumph factory. It still has it's original front and rear Huret ALVIT derailleurs and is a 10 speed bike. Wheels are clean and bright chrome. They are 27 inch clinchers. Brakes also look original. The frame has paint wear typical for its age. The frame is straight and has no dings or dents. Made of lugged steel tubing. The rear drops are horizontal making for an easy single speed conversion. Triumph road bikes are rather rare. This one is a 57cm c to c model . It is 57cm c to c for both top and seattube. The standover height is 331/2inches.
